Our Role as a Payment Aggregator
Finzaar, through its Darpay payment-aggregation product, provides payment-facilitation services to merchants. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical or digital goods or services directly to end customers. Our role is limited to securely processing and routing payments on behalf of the merchants who use our platform.
Merchant Responsibility
The shipping, delivery, and fulfillment of any goods or services purchased is the sole responsibility of the respective merchant from whom the purchase is made. Each merchant maintains its own shipping, delivery, and fulfillment policies, including timelines, costs, coverage areas, and tracking. Customers should review the relevant merchant’s policies before completing a purchase and direct any shipping or delivery queries to that merchant.
